CAD-VISION

CAD-VISION is a Small Office Home Office firm based in New Delhi (India).
We take up specialised assignment work related to Engineering, CAD and many other related fields. Our main strength is High Quality of work. We undertake only a limited amount of work in order to ensure the Quality.

I am Dilip Damle a Mechanical Engineer, Proprietor of CAD-VISION. I started this fulltime SOHO activity in Aug 1992. I call myself a 'Freelancer', a 'Consultant' or an 'Independent Professional' depending on the context. From 1981 to 1992 I was employed with renown organisations in India. I also had a business trip to UK for 4 months in 1986-87 for a Reverse Engineering assignment.
On this site I am using the term 'I' and 'WE' interchangeably.
I have built this entire site and my other sites myself.

Pricing

Pricing is a sensitive area especially in the Indian context. I would state here that our prices are very reasonable. I may also claim that for some of the specialised type of work we give the best Quality:Price ratio available anywhere. I have discussed the issues Q:C:T in detail here The other side is that some people have a wrong notion that Dilip Damle is costly. The bottomline is that we have a bottomline in pricing below which which we would say no. there are others in India who do some of the work that we do at cheaper prices.

Juggling Time

Many of my clients feel and express that I should add more manpower so that my capacity will be more. I have tried to do that on a temporary basis and I know that it is not possible for the type of work I do. This type work can be commercially viable as only as SOHO or a very large set up adversley affects the quality so I am not going in that direction. I want to illustrate how I manage many different types of assigementsd
